We've been coming here for the past 12 years and have always been happy with the service, thanks to Polina. She always goes above and beyond (helping to choose frames, making appointments, checking when glasses will arrive) making sure we are happy when we leave. We look forward to her service each visit. There needs to be more employees with personality like her!
