Cynthia’s committment to customer service is to be commended!

We've been patients here for years and have always been happy with the level of service we have received.  Today, however,  all the stars go to Cynthia!  She was outstanding.  She resolved a scheduling conflict and could not have been more pleasant.  From initial questions by phone, to our experience at the counter, Cynthia handled it all professionally and with a smile.  She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied.  Her comittment to customer service is to be commended.  Thank you Cynthia!
