The doctor explains everything very clearly, and makes your exam comfortable. The other staff (Cynthia) are pleasant and help you with any issue regarding prescriptions or fixing/replacing your glasses. They also give good advice on picking out new frames, and as soon as your frame arrives, you can get a text message notification.
